Corporate donation
Any company whose values are compatible with those of the Foundation can make a donation in its favor through the Fondation de France.
All payments allow companies to benefit from a reduction of income tax or corporation tax of 60% of their value in the limit of 5/00 the turnover.
For donations exceeding this limit, the excess is carried over successively to the following five years under the same conditions, after taking into account payments of the year (Article 238 bis 1 ° of the CGI). .
